Psychology and Punishment Law of Religion

Most of the shariah laws are interpretation made by intermediaries , they are not directly coming from Allah, that’s why shariah law differs in different schools of thoughts.

Salafis follow these intermediaries while they attack Sufis for taking intermediaries!

I despises fanatical religious sects due to their hatred, extremism and stupidity!

Shariah law or the Law of the Bible do not represent the perfect justice of God in its external interpretation by the scholars and judges. People can commit sins or guilt due to spiritual (magic/ demon possessed) and psychological illness (delusion, depression, confusion etc)

Religious law should be merciful in helping people to reform from their sins or to forgive sins which happened due to their mental state, as this not under the control of one’s free will.

This is why western humanism abolished death penalty for most of the crimes. Because deliberate implementation of law without knowing the spiritual and mental state, fails to uphold the true justice.

Hereditary mental and psychological abnormalities, neurological conditions, emotional outburst due to external reasons etc are not one’s own fault. But theli8vng conditions, society. rulers, and medical care also should be taken to account and hold their responsibility.

When God and His representatives are defined as those who stand firm in justice(Quran 3 :18) , the Shariah law turns a blind eye on the Psychiatric and Psychological conditions, such a law judgement is not comimg from God who should be infallible in justice and mercy.

Jesus Christ who set free a woman from atoning to death, has surpassed the perfection of justice and mercy. Something the religions of 21st century to reflect and understand.

If the Shariah law want to execute sinners for their sins in this world, why is that the Shariah law never speak about rewarding righteousness in this world?.

Are the rewards only in the Hereafter and Punishment in this world and Hereafter too?

Wake and understand the truth, the truth will set you free.

Salafis who quote the Gospel of John here and there must read it in full and try to understand the Straight path and acknowledge the external religious rulings are far fetched from.the true divine conscious of justice and mercy!

These external Islamic scholarships have held the mass Muslims in a state for fear and anxiety due to their misrepresentation of Islamic law and ignorance of God Consciousness and Islam. This has resulted in people forsaking religion and becoming atheists or following other religions.

True God fearing (Taqwa) state is a spiritual state of Reverence, submission and love of God.

Its miniature form is the relationship between man and woman in their honeymoon night.

There is fear but its not fear of danger, there is anxiety but not the negative anxiety, there is submission and humbleness to get closer to one another, not negatively degrading submission or humiliation.

These fear and reverence do not trigger anxiety and depression, but the scholars instill anxiety and depression on people due to misguided interpretation of religion. Religion is peace; not anxiety, depression panic and phobia!

The best of God conscious, the Messiah Jesus Christ reveals the true methodology of religion and Jurisprudence before the external schoalrs of his time.

If religion is not willing to address the spiritual and psychological aspects of sins, then don’t tell me that religion is completed and perfected, but lack attention to detail on this internal health factors affecting one to commit sins. The justice of God is impaired in the hands of blind scholars and judges!

So, if a man asks for food from the ruler or wealthy in his town, but didn’t get any, so steals food or money to buy food and nourishment an the is caught. Then the judge of the religious law should summon that wealthy man or the ruler of the town, and have their hands cut off, feed the hungry robber, and set him free and provide him work or stipend to sustain his life in dignity.
