We have completed the phase 2 of WWIII. Now we are at the beginning of the phase 3. We are going to have China , Russia , N. KOREA and more Asian countries plus the Shia Muslims around the world at hostility with the West and its allies (Sunnis, Jews and others who are hypocrites and tyrants)
If this stage is stretched for years, it will be maximum seven years. If it is short then the period will be minimum of 6 months.
During this stage , the big war will breakout on a global level. One third of the World Population will be finished by its impact.
None will survive who lives in cities and big towns and its surrounding areas.
Your syllabus and manual are very incompetent and ineffective. You must work with Parishes, mosques, and other community leaders to establish community policing and community based public administration to maintain peace and internal stability while fighting a global war.
